• In the eJournals Title search box, type a broad keyword/subject:

  • hedge
  • alternative investment
• Follow the links to view the table of contents/access articles from the publications
• Many of the databases have alerting services you can set up for e-mail notification of the latest issues. The Business Librarians can help you set these up.

2. Factiva - contains many industry trade magazines and newsletters not available via eJournals

• To identify all the publications for your industry and keyword search across these:
  • Click on +Source>Find a Source
    • In the search box, type:
    • deal*
    • equit*
    • venture capital
    • buyout*
    • merger*
    • hedge*
  • Click once on the publication(s) you want to search on; the title will appear in pink/purple below the main search box. Now any keywords you enter into the main search box will be searched against these publications only

• To view the articles from a particular publication:
  • Type the following in the main search box
    
    • sn=buyout*
    • Click the Search button; the most recent articles will display
